Final Fantasy XIII (PS3-EN) – Mission 25 “Spectral Haunt” (NCU)

Mission 25: Spectral Haunt No Crystarium Usage Challenge Normal Battle Speed Probably the most annoying type of enemy in the game. Vetala HP: 480249 Strength: 313 Magic: 365 Strategy: Start off with a Preemptive Strike in Cerberus to maximize the stagger duration. Once you stagger it, use Tri-disaster and then switch to Relentless Assault to build up the stagger. Around 600~700%, you’ll want to switch to Cerberus to start doing damage, making sure to use physical attacks. You only have 30 seconds from the start of the stagger before it puts its Inertial Barrier back up. Get it back up to stagger again using Relentless Assault and Diversity when you need to heal. After staggering, summon Odin and try to raise the stagger and lower its HP as much as possible. You should be able to finish it off with a Zantetsuken. If you don’t want to summon Odin, you should be able to manage it with a third stagger.
