How do you change your chararter because when i had to battle Barthandelus i had to use Fang and Hope
Also, why does the guy sound so much like Alan Rickman (Snape in the Harry Potter movies)?
I’ll have whatever the character designer was on. Shit must be pretty strong.
It took to long for it to give the player depth in picking a bunch of moves etc… other than only a very select few of moves
Actually the game isnt that great whatsoever not compared to others in my opinion i like the classic turn based but tweak the new gameplay abit and it would be better. The combat got fun in the third disk but thats bad for it to start being fun.
@Tschoii90 just because you hate the boss doesn’t mean you should hate the game. go and get better at the game and then try again.

story wise,
if Barthandelus actually managed to overdo it and actually “kill off” the entire party (by getting a game over screen), his plan to bring back the “Maker” would have been foiled.. why did he even attempt to fight the party?
it looks to me like he was trying to be a showoff, he wasn’t that much of a badass
Did it first try, then failed at putting in disc 3 somehow… got so mad
Tried it again, decided to use the item buffs before, hella easy =P
I actually beat this by auto-battling like crazy. And paradigm shifting…a LOT.

Someone finally agrees. i mean, look at this. True, it’s not as open as the other FF, but had a good but confusing story and awesome gameplay, not to mention that you get great graphics and a system that requires timing and skill. They did great on the music and the characters were top notch!

@TGMav Just use Fang/Vanille/Lighting in a Commando/Ravager/Medic and just auto-chain until staggered, then kick his ass.

und das kämpfen soll man schon üben also heiltränke hab ich eiigentkich nie benutzt und am ende alle verkauft^^ und es liegt net am den chars im spiel sondern eher user error^^
die haben viel lp aber so gefährlich sind sie net eigentlich ganz easy das ganze game
mich wundert es nicht, das du in diesem kampf so sehr probs hast als nur noch eins von den viechern steht…. wenn man so ein trankjunkie und schnell schnell typ is( frag mich nur, warum…. schneiden is doch kein problem, und wird wohl von jedem hier akzeptiert) denn wenn de failst, dann sieht man die ganze tour noch mal…. tränke kosten geld, zauber nicht. *kopf schüttel* und wenn man schon tränke wie fanta trinkt, dann sollte man den ring medizinkunde oder wie der heisst, nutzen….
will wieder zu hope un lightning TT …. ich mag die zwei XD abba vanille auch :3 … und was is eig. mit snow =O …

du hast mit vanille sowieso noch nicht einmal physisch angegriffen da sie noch gar keinen Brecher hat sondern nur den Verheerer der nur magische Angriffe hat (zumindet bei Vanille)
@leedorfer nein hab ich nicht ;D ich hab mit absicht immer noch die fesselrute da sie mir deutlich bessere werte in angriff und magie bringt.
fesselrute und perlenrute sind beide level 2 und bei der perlenrute würde ich bloß 7 punkte mehr magie kriegen aber dafür gewaltig an angriff einbüßen deswegen hab ich sie nicht ausgerüstet. alles klar? ;D
du hast vergessen vanille die aufgerüstete waffe zu geben^^
