I dunno, i actually enjoyed XIII’s combat system much, much more. I think chaining and paradigm shifts add further elements of strategy rather than what i call “bash n’ heal” which was all i got out of the others. Some great stories, though.

Enough with the FF7 shit! I’m sorry to put all you FF7 slaves in depression but FF13 pwns FF7 in so many ways. Seriously, the amount of remakes FF7 had was unbelievable, which says to fans: ‘Hey, this game can’t round up the story in one game, so we had to remake games to fill the loopholes!’ Games like FF8, 9, 6 had so much more potential than FF7. Just leave FF7 alone, it’s starting – wait IT IS taking over.

@bangadesh from what i understand for them to remake FF7 with todays CG would take 300 staff on the job and it would take around (i want to say) 6-10 years….also SO much CG would take ALOT of money to turn everything in ff7 into ff13ish CG…if they “did” remake it the cost of the game might be 150-200$ maybe more…but i know alot if not all ff fan would pay just about any amount for a ff7 remake
