This boss is very easy but very long … i kill his in 5 min 25
why does fang have so much cp?!?!?!?!?!?
Stagger lock, fully buffed, and 3 high magic commandos spamming ruin and this is game over in no time. Ruin isnt far up hope and vanille commando tree so its a cheap and easy investment. And the mobs just before him drop perfume sell for 12500 and a crystal for 7000 so its decent money spot.
This boss is 1 of 2 reasons to have a stagger lock weapon. With the 500% mark locked he dies fast . Too bad when I got here I sold those weapons and you cant buy them at this point. But this guy has a decent plan you want 1 great healer and if you invest in commando a little bit not much you get ruin on Vanille and hope and it does great damage but Stagger lock is key to this boss. 3 commandos fully buffed tossing ruin and its cake .
thx know i feel kinda dumb.. ive been using fang instead of sazh lol my lightning is 1300 somethin str and 4800 somthin hp
should have it easy now.. totally forgot about buffs…. oops
well i must say your your taking your sweet time with this boss, and you have pretty low hp, but still good job ^^ it is a irritating boss, with his fast attacks.
Why does no one use Fang
Lightning, Sazh and vannile seems to be a very popular party setup (For good reason)
you can flee from battle, you pause during a normal battle and then press select and the option to flee will be along side the quit game option.

Go do ur research before u comment. there are 57+ slays u have to carry out, there are no secret or other summons like in X but there is sidequest bosses and side quests in the game adding to about a extra 10 hours to the game.

The only problems with this Game are:
No “secret” bosses (I think)
You cant flee
Leader dies, Game is over
Open terrain is limited
when he is in destro stance become more aggressive. it will lessen the missiles lauched when a certain hit point is achieved.
….destro raped me and it hardly hurt you…..
im fighting him right now and the bastard just cast doom on me wtf!!!! i hate him so much!
