I want to take my brother to go see District 9, but it’s rated R. He’s 14, so he needs an “adult guardian” to go see it. The problem is, I’m at the really annoying age of 20, where I’m not a teenager anymore, but not yet a legal adult. Is 20 still old enough for me to go see this movie with my younger brother, though?

In most places, on a technicality, 18 years old.
It certifies you as an adult, in most places.
I very much doubt you’ll get into a hassle at the movies, as they are generally pretty laid back.

I’ve always heard 18. you shouldn’t have a problem
id have sed 18, coz thats the age that you can c any film anyway!!!
In the US you have to be 21.
it depends on the movie usually its 17+ but you don’t have anything to worry about you are old enough to take him
I went to go watch Halloween today and since I’m 15 they said I need a person 17 or older to attend with me. So my dad accompanied me and I watched it. So it is considered to be 17 and older for adult guardian.
