Final Fantasy XIII: How to Farm Gil + Trapezohedron (HD)
PLEASE READ ¬¬¬¬¬¬ Trapezohedrons at 3:40 First of all, GET A COLLECTOR’S AND A CONNOISSEUR CATALOGUE (to get CONNOISSEUR; level up collector’s catalogue and use a catalyst). Collector’s catalogue= common items up by 50% (from 25- 37.5). Connoissuer catalogue= rare items up by 50% (from 1- 2 or 5-7.5). In this video I go into detail on how to farm gil and there’s a bit on trapezohedrons. I took quite a while on this video, so please appreciate it. Some people are bound to say that I left out farming chips on the Palamecia, and the reason I didn’t include this is because incentive chips, only 2 500 gil, are a rare drop from some military units, whereas a platinum ingot,150 000gil, is a common drop, and by Chapter 11 you can buy a collector’s catalogue to increase the drop rate. Therefore it really isn’t effecient to farm on the Palamecia, especially as it’s only an hour and a half from Chapter 11. @princejmye he uses slow to adamandatoise
@princejmye i am using lionheart tier 3, fangs starting weapon tier 3 and snows starting weappon tier 2. Im using genji glove on each character, with collectors catalogue on lightning. And yes, slow gives you a little but more time, but if you dont cast it quickly there’s no point as you would in fact lose time
i got 2 questions, what items do u have? and does casting slow makes him fall longer?

@blazenmessiah Conn catalogue helps with getting a trap, not ingot, and if you beat Titan’s Trials, there is still one Adamantoise hanging round for you to beat by the second pond where chocobo and bking are (on the way to Mahabara)
@safrica1234 it did help i find out how to get the connisuer so i have it now but when i kill the adamantoise i dont even get the igot thing whateva the name was and now i did one mission were i finally completed to face the long gui and the other gui thing whateva they name was lol im not by the game so i dont rememeber the name off the top of my head but i cant beat etheir one of them they are too hard to beat..

@blazenmessiah Mission 56 is a bitch, i only just did it. You have a 1% base chance of getting a ‘trap’. Get five and that goes to 5%, and if you have a ‘connisuer catalogue’ equiped it goes to 7.5% It takes about and hour to get one if you average luck. Then you can fully upgrade the belladona wand to ‘nirvana’ *, dismantle it and you get back THREE ‘traps’ (meaning +2). This takes a while to do but gives a good return. Hope this helps. PS the big guy is an adamantoise.
hey this a good video i been watch n it for a min now try n to learn stuff about money cause i be so broke lol try n to get money ne way i can but i wanted to ask things ok..first how do u get a Trapezohedron who all drop it?i mean i think i have bad luck or something because i beat that big bitch thats hard to take down i can take him down kinda easy now cause i ppl kinda strong but not strong enuff to do mission 56 idk if thats it but its 2 ceith that have that shield up and u have to stagger
@Xstuff123When you’re as highly levelled as I was, you want 3 commandos with high strength to take on an adamantoise when it’s 999% staggered, and as snow’s, base strength is the 3rd highest, and his save the queen weapon I equip him with make him the the second strongest, I used him. I could also use Vanille’s death with genji glove to inflict 999,999 again and again, but that’s really no fun. (Also snow has a good heal spell (Curasa) and has high hp so can endure hits well)
