@ELECTRICACOOL Hey man, u know what? I apologize. To each, their own. Just because I personally disliked this FF (it was a lil too cutesy for me, and the combat system was way inferior to previous FF’s) doesn’t mean it’s a bad game. If you liked it that much, cool. I’m just more of a Demon’s Souls kinda guy.

I gotta say one thing… GOD DAMN did this look AMAZING… I have NEVER seen a video game look this good…never… even the regular gameplay, the graphics and moves were superb, the cutscenes…WOW… absolutely stunning.

i love final fantasy, but this one i disliked. it was like final fantasy without a soul. there was no freedom and it felt like the game played you and not the other way round. There was no real depth nor variety to the characters and the story was plain.

“Final Fantasy” XIII was a bold step out of the genre Square Enix made for itself by practically making the game linear, and creating an unusual (for square enix) character base. I appreciate the effort they did making this game with the great cutscenes, but the story was terrible compared to over half the series, and predictable. I’m a very large FF fan which is why i probably found this game slightly disappointing– It felt like Super Mario with swords

i think the game is really gud so far my mum nearly finished it but im still stuck at the begining haha love it LOVE IT
i havn’t played any other final fantasy excpet for 10 but this is an amazing game in my opinion the graphics characters story everything is good about it. my fav. character is lightning shes a badass XD great game i give 5/5

When you finish the game, can you run around in the last level or does it just bring you to the main menu with the options new game > load game > settings?

I feel ya, not everyone will feel the same about the game.
Your just in the small group that liked the new system.
But i think because of the large amount of negative reviews about the system, i wouldent expect it again. Maybe they will improve and touch up that system, or try something new. Mayb even go back to the old way. Ya never know.
With the next game being online, we may not know for a while.
@iminahurry well i mean, (and this my onion) i actually enjoyed the new battle system better cause 1. because i really wasn’t for the whole take turn system like in the other final fantasy’s and 2. it was really fast pace which makes me enjoy the game a whole lot better.. and for the whole auto-battle thing (which EVERYONE complains about) you have the option to turn it off, so that really shouldn’t be any problem, it was only put on their for players to get use to the new system.

This was probably the easiest set of fights in the whole game… I beat Bart in 4 Mins Orphan 1st from in just 2 staggers and Orphans final form before 1/2 the doom clock ran out it was a sweet ending just somewhat easy I think.

I have to admit, I didn’t expect Orphan to be a baby faced clock! I thought he’d be some kind of person, but oh well! He was fairly easy =3 but thanks for posting the walkthrough!

Haha especially if you are underdeveloped…one of his moves was a 1 hit KO no matter what…its just lucky i managed to kill him without it hitting Lightning

I know…certain parts of the game had TERRIBLE dialogue and voice acting…certain parts were perfect…like the CGI cutscenes and even Vanille’s crying scene…but some parts were TERRIBLE
